We ship our pet treats New Zealand-wide via our carrier NZ Post.
Shipping methods available are Economy Tracked (default) or Economy Rural Delivery Tracked for rural addresses (those outside standard urban delivery zones indicated by RD#). For Rural Deliveries a $6 surcharge applies, please select this option at checkout if it applies to you to avoid delays with delivery.
We will dispatch your goods within 24 hours of order confirmation unless otherwise communicated.
Once your goods are dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Goods are dispatched from Auckland. Please allow 3-13 working days for delivery.
If your goods are lost or delayed, DankNips will investigate on your behalf and replace the product if necessary according to our terms of trade.
