DankNips Refund and Returns Policy

You are legally entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, unsafe, or fails to match its description.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase such as your email address and order number is required to verify your identity.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will be in touch with you regarding this. We are only able to process refunds to the same card used which was used for the purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged if they were purchased at a discount according to our terms of trade.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: DankNips Returns, 10 Moorgreen Heights, Torbay, Auckland 0630.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If for some reason a product is recalled, DankNips will cover shipping costs where necessary.
