Available shipping methods are determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. If you have a rural address (outside standard urban delivery zones) indicated by RD # and/or postcode please ensure you select the correct option to avoid any delays with your order.
Once your goods are dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link via email. To check the status of your order please refer to NZ Post (The New Zealand Post Group) in the first instance. Tracking ends at the Australian border if you select Economy.
If your order is lost or damaged by NZ Post or affiliates, DankNips will replace the product, and investigate on your behalf if necessary according to our terms of trade.
Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and order cutoff is 10:00am NZST. Goods are dispatched from Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, NZ. DankNips takes no responsibility for events which may cause delays to the usual delivery schedule, customs delays (Australia only), or adverse weather events.
